The GateDent laboratory module fully automates the process of creating, sending, tracking, and receiving orders. During treatment, the dentist creates a laboratory order — the material type, shade, dimensions, and special notes are entered. The order is automatically sent to the laboratory.

The order tracking feature displays the status of each order: sent, in production, ready, received. A notification system is in place for delayed orders. This helps the dentist provide the patient with accurate information.
