Practice Settings and Configuration

Every practice has its own working rules, hours, and procedures. For your practice-management software to adapt to these differences, it needs detailed configuration options. The GateDent settings module lets you fully customize your practice.

Working hours can be configured separately for each doctor. Some doctors work only on certain days, while others work half-days. In line with these settings, the appointment system shows only the available time slots.

Treatment prices and categories are also managed from the settings section. Adding a new treatment type, updating a price, defining discount rules — all of this is possible through a simple interface.

Role management ensures that every staff member in the practice can only perform operations within their own permissions. Administrator, doctor, receptionist, accountant — different access permissions are set for each role. This matters both for security and for the integrity of the workflow.
