📦 Inventory Management
The inventory module tracks all material stocks by category, manages suppliers, creates material templates, performs cost analysis, monitors expiry dates, and enables bulk restocking.

Normal
Stock is above the minimum threshold. No issues.
Low
Stock has reached or fallen below the minimum threshold. Needs urgent replenishment.
Expired
The material's expiry date has passed. Automatically excluded from treatment forms.
Expiring Soon
Less than 30 days until the expiry date. Shown with a yellow badge.
Material Categories
Materials are organized into 8 predefined categories. New categories can be added, edited, and deleted. Materials can be filtered by category.
Adding a New Product
- 1. Click the "New Product" button
- 2. Enter the product name
- 3. Enter the quantity and unit of measurement
- 4. Set the minimum stock threshold
When stock reaches this number, "Low" status will appear. Default: 5.
- 5. Purchase unit and box capacity (optional)
For example: Purchase unit "Box", Box capacity "50".
- 6. Select a category (optional)
- 7. Enter the unit cost (optional)
- 8. Set the expiry date (optional)
- 9. Click the "Add" button
Stock Operations
📈 Increase Stock
Add to stock when new materials are purchased.
📉 Use
Remove from stock when materials are used.
⚖️ Stock Adjustment
Adjust stock based on physical count results. A reason is required (Physical count, Damage, Loss, Other).
📦 Bulk Restock
Restock multiple materials at once. Cost and supplier can be assigned per item. Atomic transaction.
✏️ Edit
Change the product's name, quantity, unit, category, cost.
🗑️ Delete
Delete the product from inventory. This action cannot be undone.
Supplier Management
Add and manage suppliers. Each supplier stores name, phone, email, and notes.
- 1. Navigate to the "Suppliers" tab
- 2. Click "New Supplier" and enter the details
- 3. Assign suppliers to restock operations
Material Templates
Create predefined material sets for treatment procedures. Templates can be loaded in treatment forms.
- 1. Navigate to the "Templates" tab
- 2. Click "New Template", give it a name, and select materials
- 3. Set the quantity for each material
Using Templates
When filling out a treatment form, select a template to automatically load all materials.
Expiry Date Tracking
Each material's expiry date is tracked. Green badge: more than 30 days remaining. Yellow badge: 30 days or less remaining. Red badge: expired. Expired materials are automatically excluded from treatment forms.
Cost Analysis
Each material's unit cost is tracked. Cost is recorded on restock. Cost analysis can be performed by category and date range. Total material cost is shown in statistics.
Alert System
The sidebar shows a badge with the total count of low stock + expired materials. Expiring materials are displayed in a yellow panel, and expired materials in a red panel.
📦 Package / Unit System
Some materials are purchased in packages (boxes) but used in units (pieces). The system automatically calculates this difference.
💡 Tips
Use categories to organize materials. Enter supplier information. Record expiry dates so expired materials are automatically filtered. Create templates to quickly fill treatment forms. Use bulk restock to save time.
