Yes, all data is protected with SSL encryption. Daily automatic backups are performed.
Can I add additional users?+
Currently, each package is designed for 1 user. Contact us for additional users.
How does technical support work?+
Standard and Premium packages have support during business hours, while VIP package has 24/7 live support.
Is there a contract period?+
No, no long-term contract is required. You pay monthly.
Can I import my existing patient data?+

Can I get a refund?+
You can cancel your subscription and request a refund within 14 days of the payment date.
Is there a mobile app?+
Currently PWA (Progressive Web App) — install via "Add to Home" in browser. Native iOS/Android apps coming in 2026.
How much does GateDent cost?+
GateDent offers 4 plans: Standard ₼10/month (1 user, 6 modules), Premium ₼25/month (1 user, 10 modules + 150 SMS + 150 X-ray monthly), VIP ₼45/month (1 user, all modules + 350 SMS + 600 X-ray + 24/7 live support), Enterprise by agreement — custom solution for large clinics.
Do you require credit card for free trial?+
No. 30-day free trial requires no credit card — just email and password.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No commitment. Cancel from your profile in one click, data retained for 30 days.
Is there a discount for annual subscription?+
Yes — annual billing: 2 months FREE (≈17% discount). Standard monthly ₼10 × 12 = ₼120, annual is ₼100 — you save 2 months. Same discount applies to Premium (₼250/year) and VIP (₼450/year).
Which browsers are supported?+
Chrome, Firefox, Edge, Safari (latest 2 versions). Mobile: iOS Safari, Android Chrome. IE 11 not supported.
Can I work offline?+
GateDent is cloud-based — internet required. However, loaded pages cache locally, allowing brief offline continuation.
How fast is the system?+
Page load <2 seconds (Frankfurt server). 99.9% uptime SLA. Core Web Vitals "good" rated.
Are there integrations with other systems?+
SMS providers (AZ + TR + RU carriers), AWS S3 file storage, Google Calendar (planned), WhatsApp Business (planned).
Are you GDPR compliant?+
Yes. Berlin (Germany) hosting, GDPR-compliant audit log, data encryption, "right to erasure" supported. Detailed privacy policy.
Are data backed up?+
Automatic hourly backups (PostgreSQL + S3). 30-day retention. Disaster recovery plan in place.
Is patient data encrypted?+
TLS 1.3 transit encryption (HTTPS). At-rest encryption PostgreSQL + S3. Passwords bcrypt-hashed. JWT auth.
Is there audit logging?+
Yes. Every critical action (patient access, treatment, financial changes) logged with IP+UA+user+timestamp. Each clinic sees their own audit.
Is 2FA supported?+
Currently email-based login lockout (5 attempts → lock). 2FA TOTP (Google Authenticator) coming Q1 2026.
Can I import from Excel?+
GateDent team provides personal help — send your patient list, we register them on our side (4-8 hours). Self-service CSV import in Q2 2026.
Can I migrate from another software?+
Yes. Export from old system (Excel, JSON, XML), we convert and import. You can run in parallel during trial period.
How do we train my team?+
Free online onboarding (60min Zoom). Video tutorials in 5 languages. Step-by-step docs (10+ guides). 24/7 email support.
How long does setup take?+
10 minutes (new clinic). Migration from existing data: 4-8 hours (depends on volume). Team training: 60 minutes.

Is there a patient limit?+

FDI notation (32 permanent + 20 deciduous). 5 surfaces (mesial, distal, buccal, palatal, occlusal). Periodontal records. Treatment history snapshots.
How do SMS reminders work?+
Auto 24h + 30min before. Template configurable (clinic name + date + doctor). AZ/TR/RU carriers.
What reports are available?+
Financial (revenue/expense/debt), clinical (treatment stats, patient demographics), doctor performance, inventory usage, audit log. Excel export.
Who owns my data?+
Your data is 100% yours. GateDent only hosts. You can export anytime. 30-day grace period after cancellation.
Are invoices provided?+
Yes. PDF invoice via email after each payment. Tax-compliant — Germany VAT (DE) or Azerbaijan VAT (AZ) by country.
